Social Photo Walk – Connecting Culture

Every Year on World Heritage Day (International Day For Monuments and Sites) an unprecedented initiative Social Photo Walk by Meer Foundation, youth from across the globe were appealed to dedicate one hour from their time of leisure on every year 18th April to walk to a nearby heritage site of their city and capture their presence over there and know the historical story of their own city and the Culture.
